Abstract: Dermanyssus gallinae is the most commom and serious ectoparatite in poultry farms. Fluralaner，a new type of broad ? spectrum ectoparasite repellent belonging to the isoxazolines，exhibits specific high selectivity and inhibitory effects on arthropods. Fluralaner has the characteristics of easy absorption，safety，long ? lasting efficacy， and good tolerance. It can serve as a preferred drug for the control and management of PRM particularly when conventional drug resistance is a concern. This paper summarizes the research and application progress of fluralaner in the prevention and control of poultry red mite disease，with the aim of providing reference for the application of fluralaner in the poultry clinical practice.

摘要： 家禽红螨（Dermanyssus gallinae，PRM）是家禽养殖场最常见、最严重的体外寄生 虫。氟雷拉纳（Fluralaner）作为一种新型的异噁唑啉类的广谱驱虫剂，对节肢动物具有特异的 高选择性和抑制作用，具有易吸收、安全、长效、以及良好的耐受性等优点，可作为防治PRM的 优选药物，尤其适用于传统药物耐药的场景。该文围绕氟雷拉纳在PRM防治中的研究和应用 进展开总结与归纳，以期为氟雷拉纳在家禽养殖临床中的使用提供有价值参考。
