生猪低蛋白低豆粕多元化日粮技术

Abstract: Amid growing food security concerns,tightening environmental policies,and the demand for sustainable animal husbandry,low?protein,low?soybean?meal diversified diet technology for pigs has become a major research focus in the industry. This technology is grounded in the net energy and balanced amino acid nutrition theory. By precisely supplementing synthetic amino acids,soybean meal inclusion is reduced,and dietary crude protein level are lowered by 2%-4%. Through pretreatment of soybean meal alternatives,addition of functional additives,the optimization of processing techniques,and application of dynamic formulation models,anti?nutritional factors are effectively mitigated,utilization of unconventional protein sources is enhanced,and synergistic balance among dietary nutrition,cost,and environmental benefits is achieved. This paper comprehensively elaborates on the theoretical basis and key technologies for formulating low?protein,low?soybean?meal diversified diets for pigs,providing technical reference for the low?carbon transformation of the pig breeding industry.

摘要: 随着粮食安全压力、环保政策趋严以及畜牧业可持续发展需求,生猪低蛋白低豆粕多元化日粮技术成为行业研究热点。生猪低蛋白低豆粕多元化日粮技术以净能为基础,基于氨基酸营养平衡理论,通过精准添加合成氨基酸,减少豆粕使用量,将粗蛋白水平降低2%-4%。生产中,预处理豆粕替代原料,添加功能性添加剂,进一步优化加工工艺与动态配方模型,降解日粮中抗营养因子,提升非常规蛋白饲料利用率,实现日粮营养—成本—环境效益的协同调控。该文综合阐述了生猪低蛋白低豆粕多元化日粮配制的理论基础及关键技术,为生猪养殖业低碳转型提供技术参考。
