犬细小病毒致病机制与宿主免疫互作研究进展

Abstract: Canine parvovirus(CPV)is a pathogen that causes enteritis and myocarditis in dogs.Its pathogenic mechanism involves a complex interplay between the virus and the host immune system.This article focuses on the mechanisms of viral invasion and replication,as well as immune interactions,revealing the interaction between the VP2 capsid protein and host proteins,the multiple functions of NS1/NS2 proteins,and the regulatory mechanisms of virus on host cells along with its immune evasion strategies.Concurrently,the pathological changes resulting from an imbalance in the inflammatory response are analyzed,and the application progress of proteomics is briefly described. This study integrates existing findings to provide a reference for clarifying the pathogenic mechanism of CPV and developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.

摘要: 犬细小病毒(Canine parvovirus,CPV)是引发犬类肠炎和心肌炎的病原体,其致病机 制是病毒与宿主免疫系统的复杂博弈。该文聚焦病毒入侵、复制机制及免疫互作,揭示VP2衣 壳蛋白与宿主蛋白的相互作用、NS1/NS2蛋白的多重功能,以及病毒对宿主细胞的调控机制及 其免疫逃逸策略。同时解析炎症反应失衡引发的病理改变,并简述蛋白质组学技术的应用进 展。该文整合现有发现,为阐明CPV致病机理及开发诊疗新方法提供参考。
