Abstract: This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the pig production sector in Lianjiang City， Guangdong Province，based on extensive field surveys and data collection. The report underscores the strategic importance of the local pig industry for regional economic development and supply security. It examines the current status of the industry in terms of scale，structure，key stakeholders，and value chain configuration，and identifies four critical challenges：disease outbreaks，environmental constraints，price volatility，rising production costs，and uneven development across the industry chain. Drawing on domestic and international best practices and local farming experience，the report proposes recommendations that including strengthening biosecurity systems，promoting green and circular agriculture，optimizing production capacity management and market risk mitigation，improving the industrial value chain to enhance brand value，and reinforcing policy and resource support. This analysis serves as a reference for local policymakers，industry stakeholders，and researchers，aiming to facilitate the high ? quality， sustainable transformation and upgrading of Lianjiang’s pig industry.

摘要： 该调研报告是在对广东省廉江市生猪生产情况进行全面排查摸底,经过系统整合分析后形成。该报告首先概述廉江市生猪产业在地方经济与保供战略中的重要作用，进而从产业规模、结构、链条和经营主体等维度梳理其发展现状。随后深入剖析当前产业面临的疫病、环保、价格和成本的四个挑战，并探讨产业链发展不均衡的原因。结合国内外的先进养殖经验与本地实际。报告从加强生物安全体系建设、推动绿色循环农业、完善产能调控与市场风险对冲、补链强链打造品牌、强化政策与要素保障等方面提出了建议。该报告旨在为产业相关的地方决策者或部门以及研究者提供参考，促进该产业向高质量、可持续发展方向的转型升级。
