兽医PCR实验室的污染控制策略

Abstract

摘要： PCR技术在兽医研究，甚至基层兽医实验室广泛使用，在疾病诊断和检测中发挥着十分重要的作用。但是PCR实验室的污染防控存在较大的漏洞。本文针对此现状，从PCR实验室的设计布局、环境污染、人员培训及规范操作等方面进行污染监控措施分析，力求减少实验室操作污染，确保实验数据的准确性和可靠性。
