Abstract: The rapid development of smart animal husbandry has imposed new requirements on the cultivation of animal husbandry and veterinary talents. The traditional talent cultivation model faces practical challenges，including an incomplete practical trainingsystem，a disconnection between teaching content and job requirements，and a single teaching evaluation method.This paper takes the construction of the Gansu Dairy Cow Modern Industry College as an example. Based on ananalysis of the talent demand in smart animal husbandry，it systematically examines the problems existing in the talent cultivation of the animal husbandry and veterinary medicine professional group，and proposes a construction pathwayforthe modern industry college，with "golden specialties，golden courses，golden teachers，golden textbooks，and golden bases" as itscore components，therebyproviding talent support for the high? quality development of smart animal husbandry.

摘要： 智慧畜牧业的快速发展对畜牧兽医类人才培养提出新要求，传统人才培养模式面临实践体系不完善、教学内容与岗位脱节、教学评价方式单一等现实困境。该文以甘肃奶牛现代产业学院建设为例，在分析智慧畜牧业人才需求的基础上，系统剖析畜牧兽医专业群人才培养存在的问题，提出以“金专业、金课程、金教师、金教材、金基地”为核心建设内容的现代产业学院建设路径，为智慧畜牧业高质量发展提供人才支撑。
