昆虫抗菌肽对欧洲肉鸽种鸽生长性能、组织形态及免疫功能的影响

Effects of Adding Insect Antimicrobial Peptides to Drinking Water on Growth Performance, Hepatosplenic Histomorphology and Immune Function in European Meat-type Breeding Pigeons

摘要: 抗菌肽具有广谱杀菌性、不易产生耐药性的优点,是一种良好的兽用抗菌药替代 品。为探究在饮水中添加昆虫抗菌肽对肉鸽种鸽生长性能、肝脾组织形态及免疫功能的影响, 该试验选取360 对2年龄的健康欧洲肉鸽种鸽,随机分成4组,分别为A组(空白对照)、B组 (添加200 g/t昆虫抗菌肽)、C组(添加400 g/t昆虫抗菌肽)、D组(添加600 g/t昆虫抗菌肽),每组 6个重复,每个重复15对,整个试验周期为30 d。结果显示,与A组相比,D组平均窝日增重和 平均窝日采食量均显著升高,肝脾中IL?6 和IL?2 基因mRNA 相对表达水平均显著升高(P< 0.05)。该试验结果表明在饮水中添加600 g/t昆虫抗菌肽能促进肝脾淋巴细胞增殖,增强体液 免疫和适应性免疫,保证种鸽健康。该研究为抗菌肽在肉种鸽健康养殖中的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)have the advantages of broad?spectrum antibacterial activity and low likelihood of inducing drug resistance,making them a promising alternative product to veterinary antimicrobials. This study investigated the effects of water?supplemented insect AMPs on the growth performance,hepatic and splenic histomorphology,and immune functions in meat breeding pigeons,360 pairs of healthy European meat pigeon breeders of 2 years old were randomly divided into 4 groups:Group A(control),Group B(200 g/t AMPs),Group C (400 g/t AMPs)and Group D(600 g/t AMPs),with 6 replicates per group and 15 pairs per replicate. Antimicrobial peptide),6 replicates in each group,15 pairs in each replicate,and the whole experimental period was 30 d. The results showed that compared with Group A,Group D showed significantly increased average daily nestling weight gain and feed intake,as well as significantly up?regulated mRNA expression levels of IL?6 and IL?2 genes in hepatic and splenic tissues(P<0.05). These findings demonstrate that supplementation with 600 g/t insect AMPs supplementation promotes lymphocyte proliferation in hepatosplenic tissues,enhances both humoral and adaptive immunity,thereby supporting pigeon health. This study will provide a theoretical foundation for AMPs in sustainable healthy breeding of meat pigeons.
